     - By observing the top earners in YorHealth, I've got to see and learn what I need to do to become one of them. Network Marketing is something I want to do in the future and then expand into Entrepreneur to build my own company or franchise. The countless of hours of spending with successful people, I've learned to understand how they work and what they do to become successful.

Exit Interview

Exit Interview
Content:
(1) What is your essential question, and what are your answers?  What is your best answer and why?
My essential question is: "What tactics have the most successful network marketing distributors used to get where they are today? My answers are--Consistency, Leadership, and Timing. I believe that Consistency is combination of the two because consistency will build your leadership and the timing will be clear when you're working hard.

(2) What process did you take to arrive at this answer?
With all my research, interview, and first hand experience. I talked to several top earners and asked them about the qualities people need.

(3) What problems did you face?  How did you resolve them?
One problem was putting my answer to the test. It takes a months to build a team and my answer were more effective with a team go young entrepreneurs. I wanted to see if I acted with consistency, showed leadership, and figure out how to find the best timing then I would become or have the mindset of a top earner.  I resolved my problem when I asked for help and what he told me blew me away. He said, " You don't need a team to show people that you're a hard worker. To attract a team you want must first become the leader."

(4) What are the two most significant sources you used to answer your essential question and why?
I would the first significant source were all my mentors, no article could show me hand to hand about prospecting, recruiting, presenting, home events, and connecting with people. My two source would be the following books: "How to be a Recruiting Superstar by Mary Christensen," " Be a Network Marketing Superstar by Mary Christensen, and "Go Pro by Eric Worre,"

Monthly Post: April

It has come down to the last month of school. My long research has to come to end and I'm happy the school year is almost over. It's been great time at iPoly and teachers were always fun to be around. Some things I could of been a little different, but the past is the past and the future hold a lot for me. I can't wait to present because I'm ready to graduate. This senior has been fun because it allowed me to pick something I wanted to do for a career and become an semi-expert in the topic. I hope my friends do well in their presentation. Shout out to Aaron, Vinny, and Victor. They will do great in their presentations. One more month lets finish hard and strong.

My second independent component was me working closer to my mentor. My goal was to build a bigger buisness and by that it allowed me to get to know the network marketing industry better. I went to several training events. I a couple challenge parties that took place in my house. I had one and one meeting with my mentor to what I need to work on.  I build a strong business, as of right now I make $300 a week and $1200 monthly.

How did the component help you answer your EQ? Please include specific examples to illustrate how it helped.
By focusing on my component two, I found my answers to well decided on. Most answers reflect on the whole independent component two and how I spent my time observing and learning to figure out what qualities should a person have. I have really satisfy with my first answer which is consistency. My second answer is leadership, where I believe is a important skill to know. And lastly, my third answer, timing. The more I focused in my business the better answers I would of come up with and I believe those three answers create a successful network marketer.
