Independent Component  

1. Describe in details what you plan to do your 30 hours?

    For my independent component it will be broken into two phases; Phase one: Meet and Greet.

For phase one, I will go out with my mentor and meet as many people as possible and simply build relationships with strangers at least twice a week. By repeating phase one numerous of times, this phase will allow me to go up to anyone and build a relationships.This is a very important skill as a recruiter. Phase two: Testimonials; now phase two will be more intense than phase one, but doable. In phase two I will be giving testimonials to big groups of prospects at home events at least twice a week. I will introduce myself and give my why to the people. To avoid any questions about what is my "why" is, is it basically my reason why I decide to partner up with the company and make money part time.

2. Discuss how or what you will do to meet the exceptions of showing 30 hours of evidence?

    I plan on taking photos and possibly videos of the home events for the company to show my 30 hours of evidence. I believe this is the only way to not only show my evidence, but to show what my senior projects is about. In addition, I will do my best to record master meeting and one on one training sessions. 

3. Explain how what you will be doing will help you explore your topic in more depth?

    Through these two phases I will be teaching myself how to conquer the fear of approaching possible prospects and allowing myself to speak to a large group of people without hesitation. By practicing these two phases on a daily basis, I will develop a skill that will be very helpful for later in the future when I start to build my own empire and give more knowledge on how recruiting is done so I could become a recruiting expert.
